Provide individualized ABA services to children to implement learning programs and support behavior intervention plans. Responsibilities include collecting behavioral data, executing group therapy, and assisting with school readiness tutoring.
Requires a High School Diploma and current RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. A bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or special education is preferred.
Observe and measure behavior in clinic settings to support behavior change Gather behavioral data to track progress of behavioral objectives Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs using DTT, incidental teaching, and verbal behavior instruction Support teachers with general behavior management
