Preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Education with Florida state certification in Social Studies and/or Electives. Experience working with at-risk youth is preferred but not required.

AMIkids Tampa is actively hiring for a Certified Teacher, with Social Studies and/or Elective certification.
As a Certified Teacher with AMIkids, you provide professional instruction and teaching to a diverse population of Youth, including hands-on learning experiences, project-based learning activities, and cooperative learning opportunities in a low-student-teacher ratio setting.
We prefer that you have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and certification in the state (Florida) & area (Social Studies & Elective) in which you will teach, but we also welcome applicants who have degrees in other fields and are seeking agreements to earn in their field of study. We prefer Team Members have experience working with at-risk youth (this is not a deal-breaker), but we can also provide training to allow the right candidate to be successful in working with our young ones.
