Description Progressive Directions, Inc. is hiring an Early Intervention Evaluator (EIE) to support children and families through the Tennessee Early Intervention System (TEIS). This role is responsible for completing timely, accurate evaluations and guiding families through the eligibility process with clarity and care.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a qualifying field (Early Childhood, Special Education, Child Development, Speech Therapy, OT, PT, Communication Disorders, or related field). Or related degree (social work, psychology, etc.) with at least 1 year of experience with the birth–5 population Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills Ability to manage timelines and multiple cases Required for Employment Valid, non-restricted driver’s license Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) (will be reviewed) Successful completion of a criminal background check Successful completion of a drug screening Must meet Department of Education and DDA certification requirements Work Expectations Timely completion of evaluations is critical Reliable attendance and punctuality are required Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs as needed Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
