The Camp Counselor is responsible for the safety, supervision, and guidance of a group of campers while executing daily lesson plans and activities. They must maintain a positive environment, manage camper behavior, and ensure all camp areas remain clean and safe.

Overview Under the direction of the Senior Youth Development Director, or his/her designee, and consistent with the mission of the YMCA and in cooperation with other YMCA staff, the Camp Counselor will be directly responsible for the safety, supervision, leadership and guidance for a group of campers.
