Participate in and complete trainings necessary to deliver service programs in support of the grant SOW. 6. Train other program staff for cross training and to implement/assist in delivery of program SOW. 7. Implements appropriate interventions and documents patient’s responses in the medical record (as appropriate) using identified formats. 8. Identifies thought patterns and behaviors associated with different types of psychiatric diagnoses and developmental ages and intervenes appropriately utilizing the master treatment plan. 9. Transports and supervises patients to appointments and activities to implement grant SOW. 10. Answers the telephone and responds to all calls, including Helpline calls, in an appropriate and professional manner. 11. Conducts self in a professional manner (communication and appearance) with recipients, families, and other associates to include maintaining all the confidential aspects of the program. 12. Completes and maintains the quantity and quality of documentation to meet data requirements, regulatory and organizations requirements. 13. Create and grow collaborative relationships with other service providers in the community.
