Lead the creation of a nurturing environment for infants by implementing an age-appropriate curriculum and managing daily schedules. Communicate regularly with parents regarding milestones and ensure a safe, engaging space for early learning.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, be at least 18 years old, and meet state preschool lead teacher requirements. A CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education and previous experience as a preschool lead teacher are required.
