The Lead Classroom Teacher designs and implements developmentally appropriate lesson plans and conducts quarterly child assessments. They are responsible for fostering a nurturing learning environment and building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Candidates must have specific college credits in Early Childhood Education or a CDA certification, along with Gateways to Opportunity membership and CPR/First Aid certification. An Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
