Part-Time, Temporary, Not Benefit Eligible Salary: The compensation for this position is stipend based and will be determined by the Athletic Department in conjunction with school administration. Stipend to begin at $1,000 with annual increases. Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervises the behavior of student athletes in practices, scrimmages, home and away games and on out of state trips or tournaments. Duties/Responsibilities: Teach fundamental bowling skills, techniques, rules, and strategies appropriate for elementary students. Plan and conduct practices that emphasize skill development, safety, teamwork, and enjoyment. Supervise students during practices, competitions, and team-related activities. Foster good sportsmanship, respect, responsibility, and positive behavior among student-athletes. Ensure compliance with school policies, athletic guidelines, and league regulations. Maintain a safe environment and enforce safety procedures at all times. Communicate effectively with students, parents/guardians, school staff, and athletic administrators. Coordinate transportation, schedules, and logistics for practices and competitions as assigned. Monitor student attendance, participation, and progress. Assist with equipment inventory, maintenance, and proper storage. Encourage academic success and positive school engagement among student-athletes. Attend coaches' meetings, professional development sessions, and school events as required. Serve as a positive role model for students both on and off the lanes.
