The Learning Experience – Milford is seeking a passionate and nurturing Early Childhood Education Teacher to join our team. This role focuses on supporting young learners through engaging, developmentally appropriate experiences that foster confidence, creativity, independence, and school readiness.

Key Responsibilities: Support daily classroom routines and educational activities
Implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences that encourage exploration and discovery
Foster children's social-emotional, language, cognitive, and physical development
Create a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment
Guide children through learning centers, group activities, and daily transitions
Build strong relationships with families through ongoing communication
Collaborate with teaching team members and center leadership
Maintain compliance with Massachusetts EEC regulations and center policies
Massachusetts Preschool Teacher Certification required: Previous childcare or preschool classroom experience preferred
Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practice
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
Must meet Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements
