Requires a Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling and registration with the California BBS. Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

The Crisis Clinician provides mental health counseling, therapy, and case management services to children. They conduct assessments of needs, safety planning, and crisis intervention as needed. In addition, Crisis Clinicians link the youth to further mental health services if needed, such as Wraparound, psychotherapy, support groups, and other community services.
