Qualifications

Education Requirements High School Diploma - OR - GED - OR - highest completed education Experience Prior experience working in a childcare setting required Certification and Licensure Pediatric First Aid Certification by PQAS approved trainer (must be obtained within 60 days of hire) Pediatric CPR Certification by PQAS approved trainer (must be obtained within 60 days of hire) Required Skills Collaborative Skills Excellent Communications Skills Excellent Interpersonal Skills Good Reasoning Skills Listening Skills Multitasking Strong Team Player

• The Child Development Center consists of 18 classrooms ranging from infants through PreK.
