Provide individualized home visits to families using the Family Spirit curriculum to support child development and positive parenting for children from prenatal to 5 years old. Manage client referrals, documentation, and community engagement to connect families with essential resources.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in healthcare, social services, or early childhood support. Must possess a valid driver's license, English fluency, and experience working with the Native American community.

Sacred Circle Healthcare is seeking a full-time, Family Spirit Home Visitor, in Salt Lake City, Utah.
The home visitor position will be responsible for providing comprehensive, individualized home visits to families, utilizing the Family Spirit curriculum to teach lessons to parents and children from prenatal to 5 years old. This role will focus on enhancing child development, supporting positive parenting, strengthening family capacity and connecting families to community resources as needed. This position requires a caring individual who is committed to fostering positive growth and development within families. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, has strong organizational and data management skills, is self-motivated and adaptable, has a warm and engaging personality and enjoys providing caring support to parents and children. Prior experience working with children and/or in a clinical setting required.

Benefits: Eligible:
Hours Per Week: 40
45 am – 7:00 pm Monday through Friday. Typically, five 8- hour shifts per week. Evening and weekend work may be required depending on position requirements.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
One (1) year of experience providing direct support, education, outreach, or services to patients, clients, children, or families in healthcare, community health, social services, early childhood, home visiting, or related setting.
Valid driver’s license.
CPR Certification (provided upon hire).
English language fluency.
Experience working with the Native American community.
Degree in child development and/or early childhood education.
Three (3) years of experience working with children and families.
LICENSE: Medical or related certification
