Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated and student-focused Special Education Teacher to partner with an Illinois school district for the current academic year. This full-time, school-based role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference by supporting students with diverse learning, behavioral, and developmental needs.
In this position, you will provide specialized instruction designed to help students access the general education curriculum while making measurable progress toward their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals. You will collaborate closely with general education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families to create inclusive and supportive learning environments that promote both academic achievement and social-emotional growth.
Provide small-group and individualized academic support. Collaborate in co-taught classroom settings when applicable. Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation. Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions. Deliver differentiated instruction tailored to individual student needs. Modify curriculum and instructional materials to ensure accessibility. Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Foster a structured, positive classroom environment that supports student success.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field and possess an active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a Special Education endorsement, or be eligible to obtain licensure.
