This full-time, campus-based role is available for immediate placement and will continue through the remainder of the academic year. This position involves working within two inclusive, co-taught classrooms alongside general education staff, as well as providing instruction within one specialized, self-contained classroom. The educator will design and implement differentiated lessons, support individualized student goals, and collaborate with school staff to ensure students receive comprehensive educational support.
Previous experience working with middle school students is highly preferred. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field required. Strong classroom management, collaboration, and communication skills required. Familiarity with co-teaching models and self-contained classroom settings preferred. Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a Special Education endorsement or eligibility to obtain licensure required.
