The Floater provides dual support by assisting in classrooms to foster children's growth and helping family workers with ERSEA and wellness services. Responsibilities include facilitating age-appropriate activities and maintaining family service files in compliance with Head Start standards.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and experience working with children. Within 18 months of hire, certifications in early childhood education and social or human services are required.
