• About TES Academy TES Academy is a non-public charter school serving students ages 5-21. Many public districts in Ohio contract with us to assist in educating their students who require more intensive instruction. Our classroom sizes are small and teacher/student ratios are low, enabling students to receive the personal attention they need and deserve. About the Role 👩‍🏫👨‍🏫 As a Teacher Assistant, you will support our therapeutic learning program, providing academic and behavioral support to students. In this role, you will: 📚 Assist with small group instruction and academic support 🤝 Support student behavior and transitions under the direction of the Teacher/Intervention Specialist 🌟 Help create a structured, engaging, and inclusive learning environment 🎯 Contribute to student success and overall program goals At TES, you’re not just supporting students—you’re part of the solution, helping every learner reach their full potential. 💰Pay $18.20 – $24.76/hr
