Virtual Behavior Technician (RBT / ABA)

• Tutor Me Education is reshaping how students learn, and we're looking for experienced, compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ABA professionals to provide 1:1 and small group virtual behavior intervention and academic support to students across the country.

• What you'll do: Deliver engaging, individualized virtual behavior support and academic coaching tailored to each student's behavioral goals, accommodations, and unique learning profile.
• Implement structured behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the guidance of a BCBA, focusing on skill acquisition, emotional regulation, and reducing challenging behaviors that impact learning.
• Adapt instruction and reinforcement in real time based on student focus, engagement, and emotional regulation, utilizing creative digital rewards and interactive tools to maintain momentum.
• Track behavior data diligently during sessions and communicate effectively with families, supervising BCBAs, and, where applicable, school district partners.

Requirements

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB preferred, or equivalent experience/education in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or Special Education. Experience working 1:1 with individuals on the Autism Spectrum or with developmental and behavioral needs. Comfort with coaching or collaborating with parents or guardians on-screen to assist with environmental modifications and physical prompting when necessary.. Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations Strong virtual instruction skills — comfort with video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and keeping students engaged online Ability to pass a background check Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace Preferred (not required): Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus Flexible schedule — work when you want 100% remote Set your own hourly rate Consistent flow of students matched to your expertise Opportunity to make a real difference for students who need it most
