Job description

  • Spring Education Group’s Early Childhood Education Division includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care through Pre-K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after-school programs.
  • Our locations span a nationwide geographic footprint and a diverse array of pedagogical approaches — including our proprietary Links to Learning curriculum that draws from the collective expertise of renowned early-age educators such as Dewey, Piaget and Vygotsky; Montessori schools that embrace both accredited Montessori methods – AMI (Association Montessori Internationale) and AMS (American Montessori Society); and progressive language immersion programs in Mandarin and Spanish.
  • Chesterbrook Academy is seeking a caring, creative, and enthusiastic Lead Twos Teacher to join our early childhood education team!
  • Our twos program is all about discovery, independence, and building the foundation for a lifetime love of learning.
  • As a Lead Twos Teacher, you’ll guide curious little learners through hands-on experiences that encourage exploration, language development, and social growth — all within a nurturing, safe, and fun classroom environment.
  • What You’ll Do Create engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities that support each child’s development.
  • Foster social-emotional growth by modeling kindness, patience, and problem-solving.
  • Maintain consistent routines that help toddlers feel secure as they grow more independent.
  • Build meaningful relationships with families through daily communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old and meet state licensing requirements. CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred. Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
