The Lead Twos Teacher creates engaging, age-appropriate lessons to support the development and social-emotional growth of toddlers. They are responsible for maintaining secure routines and building collaborative relationships with families and co-teachers.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, meet state licensing requirements, and have prior experience in a licensed childcare center. A CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
