Job description

  • Heartfelt Impressions Learning Centers is hiring a Preschool classroom aide for our Rochester, MI campus.
  • In this entry level role, you will provide support and coverage to the teaching staff so they can utilize their planning time effectively.
  • You will also provide coverage during breaks and lunches to maintain staffing ratios and serve as an integral part of the closing team, greeting parents at the end of the day when they come to pick up their children.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in early childhood education, offers growth opportunities, training and development and potential for advancement within the organization.
  • Position Detail: Status: Regular, part-time Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1pm-6pm Location: Onsite, Rochester, MI Pay range: $14-$17/hour (based on education, certification, plus years of experience) Please note: This position does not qualify for US VISA sponsorship or relocation · You must be at least 18 years of age (required) · You must be authorized to work for any employer in the US · CPR certification is required for all teaching staff, but can be completed within 30 days of hire · Previous experience working in a childcare setting or as a private nanny is preferred · Paid professional development · Childcare tuition discount (TriShare center/employer) · Paid time off · 401K with company match · Paid Planning Time · Referral bonuses · Annual performance reviews and increases · Free breakfast, lunch, and snacks · Birthday benefits Why Join Our Team?
