Market context
In California, bilingual classroom therapist roles are often sought in school-based and child-serving settings, especially where Spanish-English communication supports student access to care. These positions are competitive because they typically require a master’s degree in a licensure-eligible field, California BBS registration eligibility, and strong bilingual skills; benefits such as paid time off, paid holidays, and insurance can also factor into decisions.
