The School Aide will follow daily schedules and support the implementation of student objectives as outlined in their Individualized Education Program (IEP) under the direction of a Teacher or Behavior Trainer. Responsibilities include providing direct care services such as toileting, dressing, and feeding in an instructional manner, and ensuring student safety during various activities.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma and experience working with students with disabilities is preferred. The role requires understanding the nature of student disabilities, familiarity with IEP objectives, and adherence to medical alerts and Enhanced Protective Oversight Plans (EPOP).
