Duties / Responsibilities: As a Registered Nurse II, this role will provide age-appropriate, patient-centered care to pediatric through geriatric populations in both virtual and in-person settings, using strong clinical knowledge to assess and address patient needs.
This role includes delivering services such as wellness visits, care management, point-of-care testing, and triaging patients, while collaborating closely with providers to support examinations, procedures, and efficient clinic operations.
As a Registered Nurse II, will serve as a key liaison among patients, providers, and staff, ensuring clear communication, coordinating workflow, and responding to urgent situations.
