  • Job Details ChristianaCare's Family Medicine Center at Foulk Road is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse II to deliver high-quality, safe, and evidence-based patient care.
  • This role is responsible for achieving optimal patient outcomes through both independent practice and collaborative teamwork within the clinical setting.

  • Family Medicine Center at Foulk Road | ChristianaCare The Family Medicine Center at Foulk Road is a well-established, team-based primary care practice consisting of Attending Physicians, Resident Physicians, and Nurse Practitioners.
  • The clinical team is supported by Registered Nurses and Medical Assistants, ensuring comprehensive patient care delivery.
  • Administrative and patient support functions are provided by Medical Office Assistants, Administrative Assistants, and a Scheduler.
  • Together, this multidisciplinary team works collaboratively to deliver high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered care in a coordinated healthcare environment.

  • Duties / Responsibilities: As a Registered Nurse II, this role will provide age-appropriate, patient-centered care to pediatric through geriatric populations in both virtual and in-person settings, using strong clinical knowledge to assess and address patient needs.
  • This role includes delivering services such as wellness visits, care management, point-of-care testing, and triaging patients, while collaborating closely with providers to support examinations, procedures, and efficient clinic operations.
  • As a Registered Nurse II, will serve as a key liaison among patients, providers, and staff, ensuring clear communication, coordinating workflow, and responding to urgent situations.
  • Will also support staff development through training and mentorship, participates in quality and compliance initiatives, and contributes to process improvement efforts—all while maintaining a strong focus on safety, patient education, and high-quality care delivery.
  • Education Requirements: A graduate of a state approved or National League of Nursing accredited School of Nursing.
  • Registered Nurse licensure or eligible for licensure in the state Delaware, Maryland or Pennsylvania & New Jersey depending on location of employment.
  • Two years’ experience as a Registered Nurse, physician office experience is preferred.
