Evaluate and monitor the progress of children aged birth to 5 years to develop and adjust individualized treatment plans. Maintain confidential records and detailed reports using Electronic Medical Record systems in compliance with state laws.
Candidates must hold current New York State Licensure or Certification in Special Education and a valid Driver's License. Experience in early childhood education and proficiency with computer systems are required.
Evaluate, monitor and track child’s progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Test and evaluate child’s abilities to determine realistic goals. Record information on the initial evaluation, treatment, and progress in a timely manner using Electronic Medical Record system. Proficient at writing detailed analysis and reports. Effectively organize and maintain confidentially of child’s records and other documentations. Follow all state laws and regulations as it pertains to Early Intervention, CPSE/CSE special education. Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience Current New York State Licensure and/or Certification in Special Education Knowledge of MS Word and comfortable with working with computer systems.
