Shift

• Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm (52 week year round position)

• Coach you will: Directly supervise, train, and coach students within community-based employment training sites. Work with students to achieve a level of accomplishment and productivity that allows for greater employment independence. Act as a liaison between the employer/community based employment site and Devereux. Work with a team to assess skills and level of functioning/participation Document progress and involvement of students Provide information and input based on level of participation, functioning and progress to goals

Qualifications

EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in education, psychology, social work, or related field preferred. High school diploma required. EXPERIENCE: Two years experience working with adolescents and young adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and/or behavior disorders in a transition and employment setting preferred.
