Supervise, train, and coach students with autism in community-based employment sites to increase their vocational independence. Act as a liaison between employers and the organization while documenting student progress toward goals.
A high school diploma is required, while a bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or social work is preferred. Preference is given to candidates with two years of experience working with adolescents with developmental disabilities in transition settings.

EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in education, psychology, social work, or related field preferred. High school diploma required. EXPERIENCE: Two years experience working with adolescents and young adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and/or behavior disorders in a transition and employment setting preferred.
