Description Seeking Registered Behavior Technician to work in schools within in Wilmington, DE '26-'27 School Year. Being an RBT at Devereux has its advantages! EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED required. Must hold current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). EXPERIENCE: Prior experience working with children or adolescents in educational, clinical, or community settings preferred. Experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is strongly preferred but not required.
