No Queens College is seeking an Assistant Athletic Trainer. This is a full-time (12-month) benefit position reporting to the Director of Sports Medicine in the Department of Athletics and Recreation. The successful candidate may attend national and conference meetings and perform other duties assigned by the Director of Sports Medicine. Duties include, but are not limited to: general healthcare assistance to 230 intercollegiate student-athletes (injury evaluations, referrals, rehabilitative treatments); provide necessary practice and game coverage for all intercollegiate teams (including travel, late nights, early mornings, weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather); assist in summer camp coverage; and assist with monitoring and maintenance of the athletic training room.
