What You'll Do Deliver High-Quality Academic Instruction Provide instruction and training that leads students to GED/HSD completion and improved literacy and numeracy skills. Develop individual achievement plans and academic goals that ensure real, measurable student progress. Support Every Student's Success Provide comprehensive, individualized case management that drives student progress, achievement, and completion of the Job Corps program. Mentor, monitor, and model the Career Success Standards as required by the PRH, and hold students accountable to the Center's dress code and standards of conduct. Strengthen the Learning Experience Partner with CTT Instructors to infuse applied academics into career-technical training curricula, enhancing student learning and success. Keep your classroom organized, welcoming, and conducive to learning, and continually pursue improvements to programs and services. Uphold Integrity & Performance Follow all integrity guidelines and ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive information and student data. Help the Center meet or exceed DOL and company performance goals while producing thorough, timely, and accurate work. Communicate & Collaborate Exchange ideas clearly in writing and in person, identify and resolve problems with sound judgment, and work in partnership with staff across all departments to deliver effective student supervision and services. Accept direction from the Center Director, Duty Officer, or Shift Manager, including occasional cross-department assignments, and take on other duties as assigned.
