Market context
Registered Nurse positions in Virginia youth residential settings are typically driven by ongoing needs for licensed nurses who can support adolescent behavioral and health needs in structured care environments. These roles are competitive because employers often look for an active Virginia RN license, an ADN at minimum, and experience with adolescents or residential or school-based care; BSN-preferred postings can narrow the field further. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your license status and highlight any direct youth or residential nursing experience in your application.
