The Family Coach provides mid-level case management and service coordination for families with children aged 0-12 to promote stability and self-sufficiency. This includes conducting assessments, linking families to community resources, and leading parenting education activities.
A Bachelor's degree in education, social services, or behavioral health and two years of relevant work experience are required. Candidates must possess a valid AZ Driver's License and be able to obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.

The Family Coach delivers mid-level case management and individualized service coordination for families with children ages 0–12. Using a Community Care Model, the role includes assessing family needs, establishing family-centered goals, linking families to supportive resources, and providing ongoing follow-up to promote positive outcomes. The Family Coach also leads parenting education activities, documents progress in the data system, and supports community outreach initiatives. This position is rooted in the Standards of Quality for Family Strengthening and Support and reflects the core values of LSS-SW in all interactions with families, colleagues, volunteers, and community partners.
This position is located in East Mesa and requires an eight-hour workday, Tuesday through Saturday, with one evening per week scheduled until 7:15 PM. This position also requires frequent driving to community locations across East Mesa.
