Lead and supervise children ages 4-12 in a variety of educational and recreational activities to foster growth and safety. Manage program operations including attendance tracking, snack supervision, and communication with families.
Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and available for weekday afternoon shifts. Previous experience in childcare or camp settings is preferred.
As an Afterschool Youth Development Leader, you'll create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for children ages 4--12. You'll lead activities that foster social-emotional growth, support academic success, and make afternoons fun and enriching. Most importantly, you'll help students feel seen, supported, and excited to learn and grow.
