Market context
Behavior technician roles in Michigan are often tied to school and autism-support settings, where demand can be steady for candidates who can work with children and travel reliably. These roles are competitive because employers commonly look for prior child experience, a valid driver’s license, and completion of 40-hour RBT training, while benefits like paid training time, BCBA supervision, and fee coverage can set offers apart. Before applying, confirm your RBT training status and transportation plan; this platform’s AI-summarized requirements and benefits help you review the original posting faster.
