About the Role

Oliver's Nannies of Lehigh Valley is looking for reliable, nurturing, and energetic Nannies/Sitters to join their team in Center Valley, PA! This is a wonderful opportunity for a passionate caregiver to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children in a supportive and creative environment. We have a variety of scheduling options available - some families are looking for regularly scheduled care (20-40 hrs), some are looking for occasional care (10-15 hrs) and some just need help from time to time. Responsibilities

Provide attentive, hands-on childcare and supervision in a safe and nurturing environment Plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities, crafts, and creative play with a focus on developmental milestones Assist children with meals, snacks, and daily routines Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly space Communicate openly and regularly with office and keep parents updated regarding child's schedule, meals, and daily activities Support children's social, emotional, and developmental growth Respond calmly and effectively to children's needs and behavioral situations

Requirements

2 years min. prior experience in childcare, babysitting, nannying, or a related field preferred Genuine passion for working with children of various ages CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with strong professional references Ability to engage children through creative, imaginative, and educational activities Strong communication skills (must speak English) and a positive, patient demeanor Must be located in or able to commute around the Lehigh Valley area About Us: Oliver's Nannies of Lehigh Valley is a passionate, child-centered organization based in Center Valley, PA, dedicated to fostering creativity, growth, and joy in every child we serve.
