ACAGJ is a growing school of over 200 students that offers grades K-9 for the 2024-45 with plans to expand to K-12 by adding one grade per year and is looking to grow our student services team. Essential Functions: Work with individual or small groups of students who are at-risk to provide educational interventions and progress monitoring, including students with IEPs, 504 plans, or ALPs. Implement small group/individual intervention instruction, progress monitoring, and other activities related to reading support. Attend team/parent meetings as required; provide input to teams regarding student academic strengths and weaknesses. Maintain data-based documentation of continuous monitoring of student performance and progress during interventions. Perform related duties and responsibilities as requested by the Headmaster or Student Services Coordinator. Provide focused accommodations for a few students whose needs require continual or ongoing adult supervision and support. Facilitate communication about students with disabilities between General Education and Special Education Teachers. Provide classical pedagogical support to students with disabilities in line with the school's mission and the IEP.
