The Swim Instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality, result-driven swim lessons and ensuring the safety of all participants. They must maintain vigilant supervision, track participant progress, and model the organization's values.
Candidates must be at least 16 years old with strong swimming skills and a passion for aquatic safety. Experience working with youth and in aquatic settings is preferred.
Under the direction of the Director of Aquatics, the Swim Instructor is responsible for the high quality lessons and participant engagement. This individual must maintain high personal standards and adhere to and carry out the Values and Purpose of Greater Midland.
Instructors must have strong swimming skills, and the ability to safely assist others in an aquatic environment.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday- 4pm-7pm Saturday- 8: 45am-11:30am
