Under general supervision, the teacher assists students in developing foundational literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional skills. Knowledge

• Skills/Effort: Ability to demonstrate concepts clearly, manage an active early-childhood classroom, and communicate effectively with a diverse community of parents and district staff.
• Working
• Conditions: Classroom environment with a degree of stress related to constant student supervision. Must be able to lift/move items weighing up to 25 pounds. Occasional local travel required; no overnight travel.
