The VPK Lead Teacher manages classroom activities and implements a comprehensive curriculum focusing on physical, social-emotional, and academic development. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, completion of DCF 45 hours, and one year of classroom experience. Additionally, a CDA, FCCPC with VPK training, or a degree in education/child development is required.
