About the role

Communication

Professionalism

Demonstrate a professional attitude and appearance. Uphold the ethical and professional standards of teaching.

Problem

Solving: Handle disciplinary issues and conflicts that may arise during the absence of the regular teacher. Use effective problem-solving skills to manage classroom challenges.

Emergency

Procedures: Be aware of and follow emergency procedures, including evacuation plans and other safety protocols.

Feedback

Provide constructive feedback to the regular teacher about the day's activities, student performance, and any other relevant information.
