Conduct educational assessments and use evaluation results to guide instructional planning and service recommendations.
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) while serving as the case manager for assigned students.
Track student progress and modify instructional approaches based on data and ongoing performance.
Partner with parents, teachers, therapists, and administrators to provide coordinated support across educational settings.
Maintain timely documentation, student records, and compliance with special education requirements.
Consult with classroom staff regarding accommodations, instructional strategies, and supports that promote student success.
