Trinity United Methodist Church is seeking a Family Ministries Coordinator to provide logistical and program support for the nursery and youth ministries as needed.

Coordinates and schedules children's ministry programming during Sunday worship, including the children's sermon, Children's Church, Sunday School (or VBS), and adult small groups in collaboration with the pastor and Family Ministries Committee. Organizes weekly church family lunches following worship. Recruit, schedule, and support volunteers in compliance with UMC Safe Sanctuary policies, ensuring teachers have the curriculum and resources they need. Collaborates with the pastor, Youth Director, and Nursery Coordinator to provide cohesive family ministry programming. Plans and leads approximately six children's and family events annually (e.g., VBS, Easter Egg Hunt, Fall Festival, Children's Nativity, Parents' Day/Night Out). Maintains regular communication with parents and volunteers, including coordinating accommodations for children and adults with special needs. Oversees cleanup and logistics for Sunday family ministry activities as needed.

Full-time student in good standing at the University of Alabama, Shelton State Community College, or Stillman College. Minimum 2.8 overall grade point average. Ability to attend special events.
