Provide acute and chronic primary care for pediatric populations within a nurse-managed Federally Qualified Health Center. Responsibilities include performing full-scope Nurse Practitioner duties and serving as a clinical preceptor for health professions students.

· Experience utilizing bilingual skills (Spanish/English) at a conversation level in a clinical setting · Current DEA licenses and full prescriptive authority · Experience working with population-based outcomes · Experienced clinical preceptor · Experience working with marginalized populations · One or more years of advanced practice experience
· Considerable degree of independent judgment and autonomy in practice. · Clinical expertise in pediatric primary care · Willingness and ability to work in an integrated care setting, with a high degree of teamwork and collaboration · Ability to use computer and clinic software, and to document in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) with thoroughness and accuracy. · Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with patients, their families, and other members of the health care team · Excellent knowledge of and ability to perform clinical teaching · Ability to remain credentialed by the health plans and ensure credentialing materials stay current. · Ability to effectively develop and promote practice through participation in marketing and patient recruitment · Ability to take one week-at-a-time on-call in a rotation schedule. · Availability of working evenings and weekends as needed. · Ability to handle average nurse practitioner caseload
