Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Previous experience working in a leadership role within an educational or childcare setting. Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience working with young children, preferably in a preschool or early childhood education setting. Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Maintain open and effective communication with parents, teachers, and school administration regarding student progress, behavior, and any concerns that may arise.
Spiritual
Guidance: Integrate Christian values into daily activities and interactions with students, promoting spiritual growth and character development.
Clean-Up: Ensure that the afterschool care area is kept clean, organized, and safe at all times.
