The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans to support student growth. They will also collaborate with educators and service providers while supervising behavior support staff to ensure effective implementation of behavioral strategies.
This is a full-time, salaried, 12-month position within NCIA’s Youth in Transition School, reporting to the Executive Director of Education. Candidates must hold a current BCBA certification and a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field. At least two years of experience in school-based or special education settings is preferred.
