Program are available on the program's website: https://www.rockhurst.edu/saint-lukes-college This position will serve as a BSN faculty member, primarily teaching clinicals, immersions, and simulation experiences. It will report directly to the BSN and ABSN Program Directors and collaborate closely with the Clinical Lead.
Responsibilities include: Preparing courses/ clinical/ simulation/ lab outlines and syllabi in collaboration with the course lead and track coordinator, developing content and lesson plans, and engaging in the selection of textbooks and other teaching aids necessary for the instruction of courses/ clinical/ simulation/ lab. Conduct instruction for courses in the nursing curriculum at a higher education level utilizing diverse teaching strategies. Teach pertinent subject matter using lectures, demonstrations, class discussions, clinicals, labs, simulations, and other appropriate modes of educational delivery in the face-to-face, online, and/or hybrid environment. Develop and maintain relationships with clinical partners. Participate in co-curricular activities such as department colloquia as needed. Serve as an informal academic advisor/mentor to students and foster their personal and professional development.

Requirements: · Minimum of an MSN degree. · 2-5 years of nursing experience required · Terminal degree preferred. · Strong organizational, analytical, planning, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. · Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of individuals. · Effective project management skills; detail and deadline oriented.
