The Part-Time Teacher's Aide at St. Ann Catholic School supports classroom teachers in providing a positive, engaging, and faith-centered learning environment for students. This role assists with instructional activities, classroom management, and daily operations while helping students achieve academic, social, and spiritual growth consistent with the mission of Catholic education. Key Responsibilities
Assist the classroom teacher with instructional and classroom activities.
Provide individual and small-group support to students as directed by the teacher.
Help maintain a safe, organized, and productive learning environment.
Support classroom management and encourage positive student behavior.
Prepare instructional materials, learning resources, and classroom supplies.
Supervise students during classroom activities, transitions, lunch, recess, or other assigned times.
Foster respectful relationships with students, staff, and families.
Uphold and support the mission, values, and teachings of the Catholic Church and St.
Ann Catholic School.
School-based setting with classroom and supervisory responsibilities. Requires standing, walking, bending, and active engagement with students throughout the day.
