The Learning Experience is looking for a caring and energetic Child Care Teacher to join our early childhood education team.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with young children and wants to be part of a supportive, professional childcare environment. You'll help children learn through play, develop new skills, build friendships, and feel safe and confident throughout their day.
What You'll Do: Create a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children
Lead and support age-appropriate learning and play activities
Encourage language, cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development
Guide children through meals, rest time, outdoor play, toileting/diapering, and classroom transitions
Provide positive guidance and attentive supervision
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom
Build positive relationships with children and families
Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and center leadership
Follow applicable childcare licensing, health, and safety requirements
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required
Previous experience in a daycare, preschool, childcare center, or early childhood setting preferred
CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus
Patient, dependable, energetic, and team-oriented
Strong communication skills
Must meet applicable state childcare licensing requirements
