The Sonographer will perform ultrasound studies and facilitate ultrasound training at home and regional hospitals, working closely with emergency doctors to provide same-day scans for pets. The Nursing Trainer will partner with leadership to identify training needs, assess staff through observation, and drive advancement through the VEG Cultivate program. Responsibilities include splitting time between on-the-floor mentoring and strategic development, organizing peer training, and refining educational content.
