The registered behavior technician will provide direct behavioral support to students under the direction of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba), implementing behavior intervention plans (Bips) with fidelity. Key duties include consistent implementation of behavior supports, accurate data collection, and collaboration with school teams to ensure student access to instruction and progress.

Candidates must possess current registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification in good standing or be willing to obtain it before starting. A high school diploma is required, though an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, along with experience supporting students with disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder or emotional/Behavioral needs.
