[IMMEDIATE OPENING] BCBA Contract Position (Gaston)

The board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) will conduct functional behavior assessments, analyze data, and develop/Support the implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans across multiple schools. This role also involves building staff capacity through training and coaching on behavior strategies and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Required qualifications include current bcba certification, a master's degree or higher in a related field, and demonstrated experience supporting students with disabilities, including strong knowledge of fbas, bips, and mtss. Experience in k-12 settings and knowledge of idea are preferred.
