Core responsibilities
The technician will participate in and complete the 40-Hour rbt training program to develop skills in behavior analysis, while shadowing and assisting bcbas in implementing treatment plans and recording client progress data. Responsibilities also include engaging clients in therapeutic activities, communicating with families, and adhering to ethical guidelines.
Requirements summary
