The registered behavior technician (Rbt) will provide direct behavioral support to students under the direction of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba), implementing behavior intervention plans and collecting necessary data. This role involves supporting students across two schools in charlotte to ensure they can access instruction and make meaningful progress.

Candidates must possess current registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification and a high school diploma, with an associate's or bachelor's degree preferred in a related field. Required experience includes working with students with disabilities, such as autism spectrum disorder, and the ability to implement structured support strategies effectively.
